This website is run by JMM WEB APPS LTD, registered in England and Wales (company number 17544480), registered office 13 Vansittart Estate, Windsor, England, SL4 1SE. We are the data controller for the information described here, and we are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.
When you send an enquiry through our contact form or by email, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, organisation, and the details of your project.
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to discuss and deliver your project. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to a request you made) and, if we work together, the performance of a contract.
We never sell your details or add you to a mailing list.
Form submissions are stored by Netlify, our website host, and enquiries are kept in our email account. We keep enquiries that do not lead to a project for up to 12 months, then delete them. Client records are kept for as long as UK law requires.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@jmmwebapps.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
